A fully-funded grant supporting women across every industry to join Activation Lab cohorts. Established in honour of Farida & Javed Malik, the grant exists to ensure that financial circumstance never decides who gets to build AI fluency.
The Farida & Javed Malik Grant covers tuition for women who have been accepted into an Activation Lab cohort but cannot afford the fees. We accept applications from women in any industry — hospitality, finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, professional services, and everything in between.
There are no quotas tied to a single sector. What we look for is intent, trajectory, and the conviction that AI fluency will change what you can do for your team and your career.

No. The grant is open to women working in — or moving into — any industry. We accept applications from across hospitality, finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, professional services, and beyond.
Yes, the grant can cover up to 100% of cohort tuition. Partial awards are also offered when partial funding is sufficient to make attendance possible.
No — you can apply for the grant alongside your cohort application. Our team will coordinate both reviews together.
Yes. A set number of grant seats are reserved in every cohort we run, all year round.
